What type of loans can I sell to Fox 1 Financial?
We purchase portfolios of discounted first and second mortgages that are secured by real estate. The packages can include performing or non-performing, scratch and dent, 125's, Title One's, Home Improvements, HELOC's and loans in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Portfolios should have a face value between $100,000 to $25 million.
What locations does Fox 1 Financial cover?
We purchase discounted loans throughout the United States of America, nationwide (all 50 states).
What will Fox 1 Financial do with the loans?
We will service the portfolios we purchase and work directly with the borrower. We do not resell the loans we purchase.
How should I send my portfolio to Fox 1 Financial?
The fastest way is to email it to us as an attachment. You can easily do this from within Excel by clicking File in the menu above, and then Send To and then Mail Recipient (as Attachment). This will bring up your default email program and attach the Excel spreadsheet to the email. Please type in our email address (
